What kind of vehicle will I get?

For 1-2 travelers, we will send a sedan.
For 3 travelers, we will send an SUV.
For 4-6 travelers, we will send a van.

How does payment work?

You will receive a quote for the service you requested. If you agree to it, we will follow up to collect all details and share a secure payment link to confirm your reservation.

What is our cancellation policy?

At Global Wanderlust, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made the day prior to the travel date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made 2 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • Changes to your reservation (date, time, destination, etc.) are allowed up to 2 days before, subject to availability and possible fees.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (delayed flights, weather, disasters, government restrictions), please contact us immediately for a flexible solution.
Are all the drivers certified guides?

No. Our drivers are professional, English-speaking drivers familiar with the area. They can share relevant local information and suggest activities but are not certified tour guides.

When do I get the driver's information?

We will share your driver’s details the night before your scheduled reservation.

What is the minimum number of travelers?

We can take 1 to 6 people per vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van). For 7 or more travelers, we can arrange multiple vehicles to ensure comfort and space.

How much luggage can I take?

We accept 1 large suitcase plus 1 carry-on per traveler, and one personal item such as a purse, backpack, or briefcase.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by debit or credit card.
